Our lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project. Most bespoke cabinetry and furniture orders take between 6–12 weeks from design approval to completion.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at honor@pinfoldworkshop.co.uk. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return, unless the item arrives faulty, in which case we will arrange the shipment.
